Is Social Member membership really free?

Yes. Simply create an account and join as a Social Member and your benefits will be activated immediately. No card details, no minimum spend and no hidden conditions.

How do I unlock Estate Member?

Spend R3,000 on Eikendal wines within any rolling 12-month period, either through our online shop or at the tasting room. Once you reach the threshold, your membership will be upgraded automatically within 1–3 working days.

What does The Winemaker's Table quarterly allocation include?

Each quarter, our winemaker curates an exclusive case from across the Eikendal range, including Private Collection wines and limited releases not available in our shop. Every allocation is accompanied by personal tasting notes from the winemaker.

Can I choose which wines are in my Winemaker's Table allocation?

Each allocation is personally curated by our winemaker, which is part of what makes the experience so special. Should you have any strong preferences or wish to include particular wines in your quarterly selection, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How does billing work for The Winemaker's Table?

The Winemaker's Table is billed quarterly through Commerce7 and PayStack, the same secure platforms used for our online shop. You can update your payment details or delivery address at any time by selecting Login on the Eikendal Club page.

Can I cancel my Winemaker's Table subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your Winemaker's Table membership at any time. Simply log in to your account, select Club Membership, and cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming quarterly allocation.

Are events included with all tiers?

Social Members get early access to selected events and priority booking. Estate Members are invited to exclusive member evenings. Winemaker's Table members also receive invitations to private winemaker tastings, harvest weekends and the annual winemaker dinner.

Where can I use my membership discounts?

Social and Estate Member discounts are available both online and at the tasting room. Winemaker's Table members also enjoy exclusive accommodation rates at The Lodge. Bookings can be made directly through The Lodge or by contacting us.
